How to Create Print Ready Files using CorelDraw

Save your files in either eps or tiff format. Please do not send native CorelDraw files. Saving as a tiff or pdf file will eliminate the need to send your fonts and placed images when ready to print.

To Save as EPS:

Select Export from the File menu. Set your file name and location to save to. From Files of type, choose EPS - Encapsulated PostScript, Sort type is set to default. Check Export this page only. Click on the Export button. (Each page will need to be a separate eps file, so you will need to repeat this process for each page in your file.)

In the EPS Export window, on the General tab, set it up to match the window below.

Click on the Advanced tab and set it up to match the grahic below. (User name will be your computer name)

Click on ok to finish creating your eps file.

To Save as TIFF:

Select Export from the File menu. In the Export window, set your file name and save to location. From Files of Type, choose TIF - Bitmap. Sort type is set to default. Compression is set to Uncompressed. Click on the Export button.

In the Bitmap Export window, set up to match the graphic to the right, with the exception of the size information. That should be set to match the dimensions of your document.

Click on OK to complete. You can view in Corel PhotoPaint or Photoshop to check your fiff file. You must repeat this process for each page in your document.
